The Good Shepherd Catholic School Board consists of the Pastor, the Principal, and nine discerned representatives of the Parish. The functions of the School Board include policy-making, policy review, and budget setting. All School Board meetings are open and are usually held on the second Thursday of each month. (A copy of the School Board By-Laws may be obtained at the School Office.)

Athletic Committee

This committee oversees all Good Shepherd teams by assisting in the selection of coaches, setting practice times, and ordering uniforms, equipment and supplies.

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

Good Shepherd’s P.T.O. exists to support various programs of the school through the collaborative efforts of parents and teachers. Several meetings are held each school year, and parents of all school children are invited to participate. Notices regarding meetings will appear in the school newsletter, The Ram Gram. Officers are elected annually and work closely with the principal and administrators of the school.

SCRIP

Scrip is basically gift certificates and gift cards for a number of participating businesses. When you purchase Scrip through the parish, our church and school benefit by receiving a percentage from the vendors. SCRIP cards/certificates are on sale in the narthex after each weekend Mass. These are also available in the parish office Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and again from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
