March 25, 2026 Update

This has been our Spring cleaning and moving back week into Good Shepherd Catholic Church. The new sound system has been tweaked, the Auracast Hearing Loop System installation completed, and our SlingStudio livestream system is working and ready for our 04:30 PM Saturday night Palm Sunday Mass.
We have learned that the Auracast system does not work via Apple AirPods. It does work best with updated hearing aid products. We do have 5 available RX-30 wireless receivers with receiver headphones, designed to help people with hearing loss who don’t use a hearing aid or cochlear implant. We also have 1 available Basic Hearing Loop Receiver for those who prefer bringing and wearing their own receiver headphone. Please check in with our music ministry staff to sign one out before Mass begins.

February 09, 2026 – Update concerning Hearing Loop System for Hearing Impaired

Good Shepherd Catholic Church is excited to share with everyone details concerning the New Hearing Loop that has been Installed in our renovated Church:
Parishioners and visitors who have a t-coil installed in their personal hearing aid will now be able to listen to the sound system directly through their hearing aids. Please check with your hearing care professional to see if your hearing aid is equipped with a t-coil and properly adjusted. Non-hearing aid users will still be able to pick up a loop receiver before Mass and listen though a headset.
